Your Privacy Matters
At Sedura, your privacy is fundamental to everything we do. We collect only what is necessary to process your orders and improve your experience. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments — Sedura never stores your credit card details.
Discreet Shipping & Billing
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or sender. Billing statements show a discreet company name — never “Sedura” or any product-related description.
Sarah (AI wellness guide)
Sarah is an AI guide, not a person. When you send a message, that message and the recent messages in the same conversation are transmitted to a third-party AI provider (currently Groq, with Google Gemini as a backup) to generate the reply. No account, name, or email is attached to the request. Sedura does not keep a copy of your conversations on its servers; your chat history is saved only in your own browser if you leave “Save chats on this device” on, and clearing it removes it from that browser only. AI providers may temporarily process or log requests under their own policies; please avoid sharing information you would not want processed by a third party. If Sarah's AI is unavailable, the chat tells you so and shows general guidance instead of a live answer.
The Sanctuary
Journal entries, mood check-ins, and personal reflections created within the Sanctuary are stored locally in your browser. Sedura does not transmit, store, or have access to this content. The Sanctuary passcode is a privacy screen, not encryption: anyone with access to your unlocked device and browser data could read entries, and clearing browser data removes them permanently.
Cookies & Analytics
We store a small amount of information in your browser to keep your shopping bag active between visits. For understanding how the site is used, we rely on privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that measure aggregate traffic and page performance only — it does not use tracking cookies, does not build an advertising profile, and does not identify you personally.
