When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments — Sedura never stores your credit card details.

Discreet Shipping & Billing

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or sender. Billing statements show a discreet company name — never “Sedura” or any product-related description.

The Sanctuary

Journal entries, mood check-ins, and personal reflections created within the Sanctuary are stored locally on your device. Sedura does not transmit, store, or have access to this content.
