Our Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We take pride in offering quality pieces and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Photo evidence of the damage or defect is required.
How to Request a Return
Contact our Concierge Team at concierge@sedura.ca with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return or defect is confirmed. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced where available.

- Items returned without prior authorisation from Sedura
Shipping Information
Discreet Delivery
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, brand names, or product descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority at every stage.
Free Shipping
Orders over $150 ship free across Canada. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Billing Description
Charges will appear on your statement as a neutral, non-descriptive name. Nothing that identifies the nature of your purchase will be visible to anyone reviewing your statement.
