Balanced is a two-piece positioning system, a wedge and a ramp that work together to open the body into angles that feel less like achievement and more like arrival, so nothing has to be held or braced or compensated for.

Used together or apart, the shapes support the body from multiple points at once — elevating where elevation opens things up, cushioning where the body needs to rest — improving access for missionary, from-behind, and oral positions while easing the strain on knees, wrists, and backs. High-density foam holds each piece firm and lifting on any surface, memory-foam mattresses included, and a patented interlocking microfiber thread keeps the two shapes stuck together no matter how vigorous the moment. The ramp comes in three sizes — a 32-inch short, a 34-inch regular, and a 36-inch tall — to suit any body type.

The microfiber covers (100% nylon) are soft against bare skin, removable, and machine-washable, with a poly/nylon liner that resists moisture over a fully supportive polyurethane core.
